A: All deposits are processed directly through our website using credit/debit cards or PayPal for secure and convenient payment.
Q: Are there payment plans available?
A: Yes. Payment plans can be discussed during your free onboarding call with our team. We’re happy to be as flexible as possible to ensure our trips remain accessible to all families.
Q: What are the payment deadlines?
A: Final payments must be completed no later than 14 days before the trip begins. This ensures we can finalize all bookings and deliver everything that has been promised as part of your package.
Q: When is the deposit due?
A: The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your family’s place on the trip. This ensures accommodations, transport, and resources can be reserved in advance.
Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: Yes. You may cancel up to 14 days before the trip for a full refund, minus the deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of departure, a partial refund will be issued, minus the deposit as well as hotel and domestic flight costs, which are non-refundable.
Q: Can I transfer my booking to another family?
A: Yes, in most cases bookings can be transferred to another family if you’re unable to attend. Please contact our team as early as possible so we can assist with the process.
Q: Can we get a refund if we don’t attend?
A: If you notify us before 14 days of the trip start date, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. If you notify us within 14 days, you will receive a partial refund minus the deposit, hotel, and domestic flight costs. Failure to communicate non-attendance will result in no refund, as arrangements and costs are assumed based on your confirmed participation.
