Welcome to The Homeschool Travel Group! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Homeschool Travel Group. We curate and operate group travel experiences, tours, and community events for homeschooling families worldwide (the “Services”).

By booking a trip, accessing our website, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Participation

By booking with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • Any minors traveling with you have consent from their parent/guardian.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information about all travelers in your booking (including names as per passports).

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit (amount specified at checkout or in your confirmation email).

  • Final payment deadlines will be clearly communicated. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Prices are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change before a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Certain elements of your trip (such as flights, hotels, or activities) may be non-refundable due to supplier terms.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Travel plans sometimes change due to weather, safety, or partner availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Make reasonable changes to the itinerary where necessary.

  • Substitute accommodations, activities, or transport with comparable alternatives.

  • Cancel trips where minimum group sizes are not met (in which case you’ll receive a full refund of amounts paid to us).

5. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

  • Hold a valid passport, visa(s), and any required travel documents for the destination.

  • Follow local laws, customs, and the group leader’s instructions.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.

  • Behave respectfully toward fellow travelers and local communities. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We act as an organizer and facilitator of group travel but rely on third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, activity operators). As such:

  • We are not responsible for injuries, damages, delays, or losses caused by third-party suppliers.

  • Participation in travel involves inherent risks (e.g., transportation, activities, environmental conditions). By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us directly for the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials we provide (logos, images, itineraries, guides, etc.) are owned by The Homeschool Travel Group or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our consent.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party providers or optional travel tools. We do not endorse, monitor, or control these services and are not responsible for your use of them.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK]. This may include sharing limited details with third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines) to facilitate your booking.

10. Feedback & Community Contributions

If you share photos, testimonials, or stories with us, you grant us permission to use them in promotional materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

  • Misrepresent yourself or provide false booking details.

  • Violate any rules or safety requirements communicated by us or our partners.

12. Termination of Services

We may refuse service, cancel a booking, or remove a traveler from a trip if they violate these Terms or disrupt the experience for others. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Homeschool Travel Group is registered.

14. Updates to Terms
