To secure your family’s place on the trip, each traveler must purchase a deposit ticket. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before departure. Within 30 days of the trip, deposits become non-refundable, though any other payments toward the full balance remain refundable.

• Balance Deadlines: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before departure, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed in advance.
• Flexible Payment Plans: We understand every family is different. Payment plans are available and will be discussed during your required Q&A onboarding call.
• Confirmation & Next Steps: Once your deposit is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and be invited to schedule your onboarding call at a time that works for you. During this call, our team will answer any questions, walk you through next steps, and provide flight search and booking assistance if needed.
